The service-oriented structure is one of the cornerstones in the customer-focalized strategy. The IT Frames Project manager supports the customer during all the project phases:
- Requirement analysis;
- Advise on the enforced laws and regulations;
- Advise on the logistic and ergonomic factors for the optimum use of the space;
- Project definition even in cooperation with the customer architects and technicians;
- Supervision of the production and processing cycles and quality control;
- Coordination of the installation and mounting procedures;
- Arrangement of national and international shipments by land, sea or air;
- After-sale support.
